Privacy policy

Peaceful Grounded Man is a trading name of Phase Nutrition Ltd ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through peacefulgroundedman.com, why, and what rights you have over it. We are the data controller for that information under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
- When you request the 7 Day Reset: your first name and email address.
- Technical information sent with that request: your IP address, browser type and the page that referred you, so we can prevent abuse and understand where people find us.
- When you email us or book a call: whatever you choose to share with us.
How we use it
- To send you the 7 Day Reset you asked for.
- To send a short series of follow-up emails about the Reset and, occasionally, related content from James.
- To reply when you contact us.
Our lawful basis is your consent when you sign up, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us. We never sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site: website hosting (Vercel), a secure private database, our email provider (Hostinger) to send and receive email, and Calendly if you book a call. Each only processes your information on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep your name and email for as long as you stay subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details, we remove them within 30 days, keeping only what we must to make sure we don't email you again.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Every email we send has an unsubscribe option, or you can simply reply and ask.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and embedded content such as Calendly may set its own cookies when you use it.
